she is on T.Progestogen for contraceptive

Q1. Can we start her on Thyroxine? ( blood pressure is very fluctuatiing)

Q2. Any way to improve her IGF-1 ( other than exersice and Metformine)?

Q3. Does suboptimal TSH indicate any other deficiency?

This is a true patient that I'm managing. Kindly please somebody respond??
