I am doing scalp mesothreapy to a young bald male patient in stage 4a of Hamilton-Noorwood scale.Recently hormonal analysis done-testosterone- 443ng/dl, DHEA-343ug/dl(3437ng/dl), FSH-7.3mIU/ml,,,LH-6mIU/ml, Prolactin 1.4ng/ml.
Some response to mesothreapy but what should be HRT in this patient.Presently started testosterone gel .His progesterone is within normal range.E2 not done.

What do you suggest in case of female pattern baldness in middle aged lady (My finding is bald pattern is usually seen in middle aged woman)with lower testosterone and sometimes Low DHEAS?And having normal oestrogen ,progesterone and TSH levels?Frequent finding is I have seen in female pattern baldness is low testosterone and clinically also symptoms match. My logic is that giving testosterone orally that is andryol testocaps in low doses. What do you suggest.?

High Dhea -s is big issue for me.In my 2 cases of thinning and baldness stages 4(NOORWOOD HAMILTON SCALE)need suggestions-One patient having DHEAS 5810ng/ml.His testosterone ,DHT and Prolactin levels are within normal range.
Other patient having 6410ng/ml dheas and progesterone somewhat higher with testosterone and oestrogen(E2) ,TSH within normal range.I think hydrocortisone in low doses help along with saw palmetto and appilication of oesrogen cream .What do you suggest?

After correcting the hormonal imbalance by deficient hormones and supplements I am getting good results.
Why is excess DHEAS in some of my patients having extensive hair thinning and progesterone higher side?(DHEa-S_6410ng/ml progesterone-0.58ng/ml.
