What is the most important supplement?

I have a question.... In your opinion what is the most important supplement a man in his early 40's should be taking? Of course I know that a good diet and exercise are important but I really want to live a healthy life.

Interestingly, pure Oxygen works as a very good diuretic. Start having a walk in some park in the morning. You will not have fluid retention.

More interestingly, about 100 m brisk walk can relieve the constipation. One more advantage of a morning walk other than the ones very well talked about.

L-Carnitine is a well proven supplement for your brain health. There are studies where L-Carnitine use has improved the clinical outcome in stroke patients. I suggest, Do not give L-Carnitine in the night as it makes your brain more active and may hamper the sleep.

I fully agree with Dr Deepak, Magnesium is possibly the most important supplement we fail to add in our daily intake and i have been adding it to most of my patients since the Indomedicon 2009 last month and my patiets are really doing very good !!!!

Contrary to the common belief and current trends of fat free diets of weight management, body needs fat for hormone synthesis as well as absorption of Vitamins like A,D,E,K. For endurance of heavy physical activities Fats are recommended.

Iron defeciency is one of the important but ignored cause of Chronic fatigue.

Typically afternoon fatigue is a symptom of Magnessium defeciency too.

" Don't let your body rule brain". Let your brain take the command.

Dear Troy as a man ages the testosterone drops and invariably Adrenal fatigue starts showing up. DHEA has proven to be great in such cases. It not only improves ur immunity but also converts to testostaerone plus takes care of chronic fatigue.
Thanks

A combination of Vit B complex with Vit C, Folic Acid, Co enzyme Q 10, ALA, Magnesium, Zinc Selenium, Chromium and grape seed extract. All the products should be in adequate quantities and from a natural source.
