Mother nature has given us beautiful things to appreciate and enjoy life, then why are we so stressed out and what are we running after. Yes, we are technologically, medically, scientifically advanced, but let us stop and think whether we have reduced our stress levels? Are we less stressed now? I think the answer to this question is a big "NO"...then what we should do? The answer is maintaining a healthy lifestyle and monitoring hormone imbalance regularly to keep our hormones in balance.
